To improve the standard of living of the people, ensure social justice and equality, achieve a clean and healthy village environment, and establish a good governance system with public participation.
Mission
To realize the vision of making Chirakkal Grama Panchayat a people-friendly Panchayat through the implementation of Total Quality Management. To effectively implement village development projects and improve basic infrastructure such as roads, drinking water, electricity, and sanitation. To ensure the welfare of women, children, senior citizens, and disadvantaged sections of society. To promote education, healthcare, and employment opportunities.
